Brandon Hoàng is the author of the critically acclaimed young adult novel Gloria Buenrostro Is Not My Girlfriend and the middle-grade novel The Crossbow of Destiny. Now a screenwriter by day and novelist by night, he currently resides in Portland, Oregon, with his wife and two daughters.
