Exiled unjustly from the hero’s party, Celes returns to his home village. He’s accompanied by his new wife, an older woman named Shizuko who just so happens to be the mother of Zect the hero. In Celes’s hometown, they bump into Haruka, mother of Lida the swordmaster from Celes’s old party. Haruka is exactly Celes’s type (MILF), but seems to have feelings for someone else. Shizuko, however, urges Celes not to give up hope, and comes up with a plan to get Lida to join the party.
