The adventures of the TMNT continue at the New York Museum of Science and History in this series inspired by the classic animated TV show!

There are some strange shenanigans transpiring at the New York Museum of Science and History: A recently acquired artifact is discovered disassembled every evening, and there are never any signs of a break-in! This mystery leads Mona Lisa and Raphael to investigate, and inadvertently free, the ancient mutant inventor Ptah from his centuries-long imprisonment.

Then, security expert and entrepreneur Ken Ziff, who believes his security system is the most advanced in the world, publicly dares the criminals of the city to steal from his repository of gold bullion! This draws the attention of not just intergalactic criminal mastermind Old Hob, who is stuck on Earth and eager to build a new empire, but Krang, who wants the precious metal for his own purposes.

In the final story, Michelangelo starts to wonder if his laid-back attitude is holding his brothers back. While skateboarding in the sewers to clear his head, Mikey meets a genie who shows him exactly what the world would be like without him.

Erik Burnham is a Minnesota writer and artist who first broke into comics by way of the Nick Landime feature from Shooting Star Comics. This led first to other anthologies and then work for IDW Publishing, including his critically acclaimed work on the Ghostbusters line of comic books and, currently, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Burnham has been fortunate to work with many companies in the last few years, including Cryptozoic, Dynamite, IDW, Insight Editions, Marvel, and Panini, and properties such as Godzilla, G.I. Joe, Ghostbusters, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Scarlet Spider, New Warriors, and Red Sonja—with more on the way (which is good news, because he loves his work). He still lives in Minnesota; any rumors about this being because he's completely afraid of the 49 other states (and Canada) remain unverified at this time.

Sarah Myer is a comic artist and illustrator hailing from a ten-acre farm in White Hall, Maryland. An old-school cosplayer and anime fan, they have attended anime and comic conventions as a fan and artist alley participant since 1999 and have constructed and worn more than 50 costumes. When they aren’t drawing, writing, or cosplaying, Myer enjoys cooking, weight training, and spending time with their mackerel tabby, Loki. They graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design with BFA and MFA degrees in sequential art and taught foundation studies classes at the college for three years. In 2019, First Second published Maker Comics: Create a Costume!, Myers’ first graphic novel. Their graphic memoir, Monstrous, was published in 2023.
