Created by acclaimed director Zack Snyder (300, Justice League) and written by award-winning comics legend Gail Simone, Rebel Moon: Nemesis centers around the titular assassin and her quest for revenge, which acts as a direct prequel to the Netflix original movie.
Gail Simone is an American writer of comic books. Best known for penning DC's Birds of Prey, her other notable works include Secret Six, Welcome to Tranquility, The All-New Atom, Deadpool, and Wonder Woman. In 2011, she became the writer for Batgirl. Though fired from Batgirl in December 2012 by the title's incoming editor, Brian Cunningham, she was rehired on December 21 after DC received backlash from fans. She became the writer for a new Red Sonja series in 2013 with Dynamite Entertainment.
Federico Bertoni attended “International School of Comics” (Scuola Internazionale di Comics - Reggio Emilia). After the Bachelor’s Degree in Comics, begun to work on a couple of short run for some self-published comics productions, “Bren Gattonero” and “MADADH” for Crazy Camper Comics, as well as “Abstinence” for an underground magazine published by KRAKATOA Ink and “The Place” for MadforComix. Now, after collaborations with a couple of Communication Studies as both freelance Graphic and Character Designer, works as Creative Graphic Designer while trying to make it as Visual Artist.
