Best known from his work on Savage Brothers, BLUE BEETLE and SUPERMAN/BATMAN, he has also published the creator-owned graphic novels Crimeland (2007) and Mondo Urbano (2010). Rafael is an Eisner and Harvey Award winner for the NY Times Bestseller AMERICAN VAMPIRE (DC Comics/Vertigo, 2010), written by Scott Snyder and Stephen King. He has worked on other books such as Uncanny X-Force and Wolverine.
