He is the author-illustrator of the picture books Night Walk and How to Take Care of Your Dinosaur and the illustrator of The Wolf-Girl, the Greeks, and the Gods: A Tale of the Persian Wars by Tom Holland. His debut fiction title, We Were Wolves, was long-listed for the Yoto Carnegie Medal. Jason Cockcroft lives in Yorkshire, England.
