The Tokyo Metropolitan Government is planning on instituting the newest version of its futuristic urban infrastructure management system, J-ctOS 2.0, and Inspector Goda Gordan and hacker activist group DEDSEC must expose the underbelly before it's too late. Alongside a yakuza-hired fixer named Yamanoi, Goda and SSB come up with a plan to exchange Yamanoi's life for the vital information needed to expose Blume, the government, and the harm that J-ctOS 2.0 will cause. The only issue is that Blume Japan is willing to do just about anything to keep that from happening.

Will DEDSEC be able to survive the trap waiting for them? Or will Blume be the end of DEDSEC, once and for all?
