Jason Aaron helmed one of the longest and most exciting Avengers runs of the modern era, and this omnibus collects the sweeping conclusion of his work with the biggest saga in Avengers history!

On a quest for cosmic vengeance, Ghost Rider finds himself on a ruined Earth where the great Age of Heroes never came to be. His only ally is the world's most wanted archaeologist: Tony Stark, the Invincible Ant-Man! Together, they must find more surprising champions from other realities for the looming confrontation that will assemble the mightiest heroes of Earth, the Multiverse and 1,000,000 BC! They will unite on a day like any other to face a battle beyond all imaging. Because an army of unprecedented evil now rises — including Doom Supreme, his Multiversal Masters of Evil and a nigh-infinite army of Mephistos! But who is Avenger Prime?!

COLLECTING: Avengers Forever (2021) 1-15, Avengers Forever Infinity Comic (2022) 1-4, Avengers Assemble Alpha (2022) 1, Avengers (2018) 63-66, Avengers Assemble Omega (2023) 1
Writer Jason Aaron’s early collaboration with artist Cameron Stewart on DC/Vertigo’s The Other Side was named one of the Washington Post’s Best Comics of 2007. His next project, Scalped, garnered industry-wide praise and led to a guest spot on Wolverine, beginning Aaron’s long association with Logan on various titles, as well as the rest of Marvel’s merry mutants on books including X-Men: Schism, Wolverine & the X-Men and Amazing X-Men. Aaron rocked the Marvel Universe with Original Sin and unfolded a status-quo-shattering Asgardian epic across multiple Thor titles. He was the ideal choice to steer the Rebel crew of Star Wars into new adventures on the series’ return to Marvel, and he ushered in a new era for the publisher with Marvel Legacy. In the wake of that one-shot, he took on Earth’s Mightiest Heroes in Avengers and welcomed another iconic property back to the House of Ideas with Conan the Barbarian.

Artist and writer Aaron Kuder cut his teeth in the comics industry working on the New York Times best-selling book The Amory Wars and Key of Z, both with Claudio Sanchez from Evil Ink Comics. Since 2012, his work has graced the pages of Green Lantern: New Guardians, Legion Lost and Action Comics for DC, as well as Avenging Spider-Man and Marvel Universe vs. the Avengers. Kuder joined Gerry Duggan on both All-New Guardians of the Galaxy and Infinity Countdown, and Ed Brisson on Ghost Rider.

Artist Kev Walker cut his teeth on the venerable British comics magazine 2000 AD, eventually moving on to the publisher’s flagship character Judge Dredd and other popular series. After illustrating Annihilation: Nova, Walker teamed with writer Fred Van Lente on Marvel Zombies 3 and 4. He also drew Thunderbolts before joining Dennis “Hopeless” Hallum in pitting Marvel’s youngest heroes against one another in the kill-or-be-killed Avengers Arena, as well as the follow-up Avengers Undercover. Walker has worked on numerous other Avengers titles, the Star Wars series Doctor Aphra and the latest volume of Dr. Strange.

One of comics’ premier artists, Bryan Hitch found fame with his dynamic, detailed artwork on The Authority and JLA. His other credits include Marvel’s Sensational She-Hulk and X-Men; Marvel UK’s Action Force, Doctor Who, Mys-Tech Wars and Death’s Head; DC’s Superman; and Image’s Stormwatch. Hitch’s collaboration with writer Mark Millar on The Ultimates, Ultimates 2 and Fantastic Four established him as a comics mega-star. He continued to burnish his reputation on books including Captain America: Reborn, Age of Ultron and Venom. Hitch has provided character designs for the Ultimate Avengers and Ultimate Avengers 2 animated films, and the video game Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction.
