Have fun on the go with this simple and sweet bingo game for ages 3+ featuring Eric Carle's iconic Very Hungry Caterpillar and friends—play in the car, on an airplane, and more, with no loose pieces to clean up!
Play anywhere and everywhere with this fun and colorful travel bingo game filled with illustrations from The Very Hungry Caterpillar, Brown Bear, Brown Bear, and other Eric Carle classics. It’s easy to play: Pick a card, slide it into the board, and open all the window flaps. Look around you to find things that match the icons on the board—cars, planes, flowers, bugs, and more! When you find a match, lower the flap. Get four in a row and you win! Then choose a new card and start again. With 6 double-sided sets of game sheets—featuring both travel- and nature-themed icons—you can play over and over no matter where your travels take you. And with everything contained in the game board, there are no loose tokens, no extra pieces, no mess!
Born in the United States, Eric Carle was taken as a six-year-old child by his parents back to their native country, Germany. Later, he studied at the Akademie der Bildenden Künste (Academy of Applied Arts) in Stuttgart, and returned to New York in his early twenties as a graphic designer and artist. His many picture books are now known and loved by children around the world.
In 2002, Eric and his late wife, Barbara, opened The Eric Carle Museum of Picture Book Art, in Amherst, Massachusetts, where the works of distinguished picture book artists, nationally and internationally acclaimed, are exhibited in three spacious galleries.
