The first official trailerr for Spider-Man: Brand New Day has webbed the world! At over 719 million views in the first 24-hours, the trailer above has become the most-watched in history within that time frame. And why wouldn’t we all be watching this on repeat? There’re so many Easter eggs, first looks, and reveals to enjoy.
The powerhouse newleyweds of Tom Holland and Zendaya return to star as Peter Parker and MJ in this highly anticipated fourth installment of the spectacular franchse. The trailer showcases Holland’s version of Peter Parker down on his Parker Luck (technical term). Picking up approximately four years after the mind-wiping finagling finale of Spider-Man: No Way Home, the trailer gives us our first Spidey interactions with Jon Bernthal’s Punisher making his MCU debut, Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner (Peter better not make him angry!), and the surprise return of Michael Mondo in all his Scorpion glory! Then we also get our first glimes of Sadie Sink (Stranger Things). Sony and Marvel Studios remain hush-hush on who her character is. Is she Jean Grey? A new iteration of Gwen Stacy? Some theories are swirling she’s a revamped Typhoid Mary since we see the Hand running around there somewhere.
