Cat Out of Water from Art Baltazar is the debut title of a new line of original graphic novels set in the worlds of Dr. Seuss. This is the first in a series of new comic stories featuring Dr. Seuss characters, perfect for children ages 5-8, kindergarten through third grade. Art Baltazar is a legend in the children’s comic space (Tiny Titans, Itty Bitty Hell-Boy) and his dynamic fun style perfectly captures the antics of the Cat in the Hat in exciting ways.
