Puzzles are always a steady seller, there’s something soothing about completing that final picture – and frustrating when the missing piece rolled under the table! These items also rise a notch up in sales during the gift giving season. They’re a great way to relax, socialize, or just to recognize the interests or hobbies of people in the buyer’s life.
Below is a list of puzzles that may work best for comic book stores. There are a number that relate to other product lines you already may carry such as Dungeons & Dragons or Magic the Gathering, which will be great supplemental items to add to those areas.
There is a lovely dreamlike puzzle from pop manga artist superstar Camilla D’Errico, as well as an excellent Usagi Yojimbo piece. Even something for the kids, with a jigsaw puzzle related to the graphic novel works of Raina Telgemeier.
